Terms of Service

Hearth & Hounds LLC provides dog training, walking, and pet care services in the Houston, TX area. All services are subject to availability and the Company's sole discretion to accept or decline any booking request.

Client certifies that all dogs are current on rabies, bordetella, and DHPP vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be requested at any time. Dogs showing signs of illness will not be accepted for services until cleared by a veterinarian.

In the event of a veterinary emergency during services, Hearth & Hounds is authorized to seek immediate veterinary care for your dog. The Client is responsible for all resulting veterinary costs. We will make every reasonable effort to contact you first.

Client assumes all risk of injury or loss to their dog(s) during services. Hearth & Hounds is not liable for injuries caused by the dog's own behavior. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hearth & Hounds LLC from any third-party claims arising from their dog's actions during or after services.

The following cancellation notice is required:

• Training sessions: 24-hour advance notice required.
• Pet sitting (5+ days): 5-day advance notice required.
• Late cancellations may forfeit the session fee at our discretion.

We understand that life happens. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out and we will work with you.

Payment is due as invoiced through the client portal. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services. We accept payment via credit/debit card through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

Photo and video media release is handled separately during client onboarding. We will never publicly share photos or videos of your dog without your expressed consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of material changes.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
